2.3 Any missed or refused payment will be treated as a cancellation initiated by you.
2.4 You acknowledge that discounted or promotional fares often carry restrictions, including non-refundable deposits, limited changes, or higher change fees. Any alteration to an itinerary may result in additional costs payable by you.
2.5 You acknowledge that professional travel planning requires significant time, expertise, and administrative resources.
2.6 Accordingly, any Consultation, Planning, or Travel Management Fee charged by us—whether quoted as a flat fee or on a per-traveler or per-itinerary basis—is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to book travel, modify your plans, or cancel the intended trip for any reason.
